Argon’s core features are free to use. Accepted payment methods, fees, refund and cancellation terms, and security details are set out below.
Card payments are accepted through the payment systems serviced by our acquiring bank. All card data is entered on the bank’s secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment page and is transmitted over an encrypted (TLS) connection. Argon never sees or stores your full card number.
Argon does not add any surcharge or commission on top of a product’s price — the amount confirmed at checkout is the amount charged to your card. Your card issuer or bank may apply its own currency-conversion or cross-border fees over which we have no control; please consult your bank for details.
All products are digital. Paid features, cosmetics, and subscription benefits are activated on your account immediately after a successful payment is confirmed — typically within a few seconds and no later than 24 hours. No physical goods are shipped.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period; the subscription is not renewed afterwards.
Subscriptions
If you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase and have not substantially used the paid features, you may request a full refund. Renewals are non-refundable once the new period has started, except where required by law.
One-time purchases & cosmetics
Consumable or already-redeemed items (e.g. activated cosmetics, redeemed codes) are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.
How to request
Contact with your account email and the transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

These rules are published and available to you in full before you enter into any paid relationship with us. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
